MISSION: TO TEACH THE ART OF DANCE TO ALL, INSPIRING CREATIVITY, CURIOSITY, AND CONFIDENCE. THE DANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMS SERVE STUDENTS IN ITS STUDIOS AND COMMUNITY SETTINGS, INCLUDING EARLY EDUCATION CENTERS, SCHOOLS, SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES, ETC.

THE DANCE FOUNDATION CELEBRATES THE CREATIVE SPIRIT IN ALL OF US. ITS DANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMS ARE A JOYFUL AND AFFIRMING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL TO EXPLORE, CREATE, AND ACHIEVE. CORE SERVICES INCLUDE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS, STUDIO PROGRAM WITH TUITION ASSISTANCE FOR STUDENTS IN NEED, STUDIO USE PROGRAM, AND SERVICE TO THE DANCE FIELD.INTEGRAL TO THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS THE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM WHICH SERVES MORE THAN 1,000 CHILDREN AT DOZENS OF SITES EACH WEEK. THESE ARE STUDENTS WHO ARE TYPICAL BUT ARE VERY YOUNG, UNDERSERVED, LIVE IN POVERTY, OR WHO HAVE DISABILITIES.
