JESSAMINE COUNTY COSTSHARE PROGRAM IN WHICH FARMERS APPLY FOR A 50 / 50 MATCHING GRANT TO OFFSET COSTS ON VARIOUS PROJECTS ON THEIR FARMS. FARMERS RECEIVE A 1099 AND ANY UNUSED FUNDS WILL BE REIMBURSED TO THE KENTUCKY STATE TREASURY.
