THE SHELTER OF HOPE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND VETERANS WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AT RISK OF BEING HOMELESS: SHORT-TERM TEMPORARY EMERGENCY HOUSING ( 10 FULLY-FURNISHED APARTMENTS) RESIDENTS RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FROM AN IN-HOUSE PANTRY, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS, PERSONAL HYGIENEITEMS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES TBRA (TENANT BASED RENTAL ASSISTANCE) SUPPLEMENTS AN INDIVIDUAL'S RENT ( UP TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO YEARS) UNTIL THEIR SECTION 8 (HUD) VOUCHERS ARE APPROVED RAPID RE-HOUSING - ASSISTS DEFINED HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO LOCATE HOUSING AND DEPOSIT ASSISTANCE, IF NEEDED PREVENTION PROGRAM - ASSISTS AT-RISK INDIVIDUALS WITH CASEWORK, HOUSING REFERRALS AND OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS NEEDED COLLABORATION/REFERRALS WITH OTHER SOCIAL AGENCIES
