IS AN INNOVATIVE, AWARD-WINNING HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA PROVIDING SHELTER, RAPID REHOUSING AND PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, SUPPORT SERVICES AND OUTREACH PROGRAMSFOR INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. AS WELL AS PREVENTION ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE AT IMMINENT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS. NEW HOPE HOUSING IS COMMITTED TO FINDING CREATIVE AND LASTING SOLUTIONS TO END THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS BY OFFERING HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN THE SERVICES THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR LIVES AND SUCCEED. AND EACH INDIVIDUAL SUCCESS STORY CONTRIBUTES TO A STRONGER, HEALTHIER COMMUNITY FOR ALL.
