MORE HEALTH, INC. (THE "ORGANIZATION") WAS FOUNDED IN 1989. MORE HEALTH, INC. WAS REGISTERED IN AUGUST 1996 AND IS A 501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT CORPORATION. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INTERACTIVE AND EFFECTIVE HEALTH AND INJURY PREVENTION EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN, TEENS, AND FAMILIES LIVING IN THE FLORIDA WEST COAST REGION. OVER THE PAST 32 YEARS, MORE HEALTH INSTRUCTORS HAVE EDUCATED OVER 4 MILLION INDIVIDUALS ON HOW TO IDENTIFY AND ADOPT HEALTHY HABITS. MORE HEALTH OFFERS MORE THAN 25 LESSONS THAT ADDRESS TOPICS INCLUDING INJURY PREVENTION, SAFETY, NUTRITION, PERSONAL HEALTH, AND PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DISEASE. THE LESSONS PROVIDE YOUTH AND ADULTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH THROUGH EDUCATION IN THE CLASSROOM AND COMMUNITY.

DEVELOP INTERACTIVE STANDARDS-BASED HEALTH AND SAFETY LESSONS THAT ARE SCIENTIFICALLY AND MEDICALLY ACCURATE. TEACH THESE HANDS-ON INTERACTIVE HEALTH AND INJURY PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN, TEENS, AND ADULTS IN HILLSBOROUGH, PINELLAS, AND PASCO COUNTIES. PROVIDE COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING BABYSITTING CLASSES FOR TEENS AND CAMPAIGNS ON THE RISKS OF DISTRACTED DRIVING AND ORAL HEALTH. PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR SCHOOL NURSES, HEALTH EDUCATORS, HOME CARE WORKERS, NEIGHBORHOOD LEADERS, PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS, AND COALITION MEMBERS. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND PREVENTION INITIATIVES TO THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING ORAL SCREENINGS, SEALANTS, AND TREATMENT FOR LOW- INCOME MINORITY POPULATION. COLLABORATE WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO PROVIDE ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION FOR SCHOOL BASED SEALANT PROGRAMS.
