DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 6/30/24, WE HELD A TOTAL OF 191 CLASSES AND CERTIFIED 1,554 PARTICIPANTS. THIS INCLUDED ISSUING 577 TRAINING CERTIFICATIONS IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT BLS FOR THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. WE SOLD 27 AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS AEDS AT LESS THAN THE MANUFACTURERS ADVERTISED PRICE TO COLLEGES, CHURCHES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND CORPORATIONS. WE WERE ALSO THE RECIPIENT OF A GRANT FROM THE CITY OF BARTOW THAT ALLOWED US TO PLACE THREE AEDS WITHIN THE CITYS PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT. SOME OF OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE FROM THE CITYS POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND CERTIFY MANY FIRST RESPONDERS AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BARTOW, WHICH IS IN POLK COUNTY.
