A BI-MONTHLY NEWS LETTER IS MAILED TO MEMBERS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON RUNNING, HEALTH BENEFITS OF EXERCISE AND INJURY PREVENTION.
AWARDS BANQUETS AND SOCIALS ARE HELD TO CELEBRATE THE RUNNERS.
