TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY PROGRAMS AND PERSONALIZED SERVICE FOR THE MILES GRANT MEMBERS; TO INSURE FINANCIAL INTEGRITY AND STABILITY; AND TO BE A CENTER FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE EXPANDED MILES GRANT COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

OPERATION OF AN EIGHTEEN HOLE GOLF COURSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS. TOTAL ROUNDS PLAYED DURING THE YEAR WERE 35,130 OF WHICH 2,307 WERE NONMEMBER RELATED. THERE ARE MANY TOURNAMENTS, SCRAMBLES AND OPEN GOLF SCHEDULED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF THE MEMBERS.


OPERATION OF A DINING FACILITY FOR USE BY MEMBERS. TOTAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE INCOME FOR THE YEAR WAS $813,137 OF WHICH $91,426 WAS NONMEMBER RELATED INCOME. THERE WERE A NUMBER OF SOCIAL DINNER/DANCE EVENTS HELD DURING THE YEAR FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF THE MEMBERS.


OPERATION OF A CLUBHOUSE AND POOL FOR USE BY MEMBERS. THE CLUBHOUSE IS OPEN APPROXIMATELY TEN TO FIFTEEN HOURS PER DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FOR MEMBER USE DURING THE YEAR. THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM 8AM UNTIL DUSK SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FOR MEMBER USE DURING THE YEAR. MEMBERS ENJOY WI-FI SERVICES, VARIOUS TABLE GAMES, BILLIARDS, AND EXERCISE CLASSES DURING THE YEAR.
