THE MISSION OF THE FLORIDA TRANSPORTATION BUILDERS' ASSOCIATION (FTBA) IS TO CONNECT, PROMOTE, SUPPORT, AND EXPLORE THE TRANSPORTATION CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN FLORIDA.

FTBA REPRESENTS HUNDREDS OF MEMBERS AND SERVES AS THE WATCHDOG FOR THE TRANSPORTATION CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE FINEST IN TRANSPORTATION THROUGH FOSTERING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING, PROVIDING CONTINUED EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AND INVESTIGATING THE FEASIBILITY AND ADVANCEMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGY IN THE INDUSTRY.


FTBA IS AFFILIATED WITH THE NATIONAL AMERICAN ROAD AND TRANSPORTATION BUILDERS' ASSOCIATION (ARTBA) AND MAINTAINS LIAISONS WITH THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF STATE HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION OFFICIALS (AASHTO), THE SOUTHEASTERN ASSOCIATION OF STATE HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION OFFICIALS (SASHTO, THE ROAD INFORMATION PROGRAM (TRIP), FLORIDIANS FOR BETTER TRANSPORTATION (FBT) AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WITH TRANSPORTATION CONSTRUCTION INTERESTS.
