THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS HOMELESS FAMILIES PERMANENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING, ALONG WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND RESOURCES TO HELP MAKE A HOUSE (OR AN APARTMENT) A HOME.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LOW INCOME HOUSING TO HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOME AT OR BELOW HUD INCOME GUIDELINES. THE ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDED LOANS TO ACQUIRE PROPERTIES. THE RENT RATES CHARGED ARE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED IN THE LOAN DOCS. APPROXIMATELY 355 FAMILIES ARE SERVED.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED AN EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM FOR LOW INCOME PERSONS.
