TO QUALIFY FOR WARM SERVICES, HOMEOWNERS MUST HAVE A HOUSEHOLD INCOME AT OR BELOW 50% OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME FOR THEIR COUNTY OF RESIDENCE AND MUST RESIDE IN THEIR HOMES AND HAVE OWNED THEM FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS. IN 2021, WARM VOLUNTEERS PERFORMED HOME REPAIR PROJECTS FOR 185 HOUSEHOLDS.
