THIS IS CORE FUNDING FOR CENTERS FOR INDEPENENT LIVING. THE PRIMARY FUNCTION IS TO PROVIDE PAYROLL AND OVERHEAD IN SUPPORT OF OTHER SERVICES.
THIS IS MONEY FOLLOWS THE PERSON (MFP). IT IS MONEY USED TO TRANSITION PEOPLE OUT OF NURSING HOMES BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING.
