RESIDENTIAL SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. ROOM AND BOARD FEES ARE COLLECTED FOR SOME RESIDENTIAL SERVICES. NO FEES ARE COLLECTED FOR ADULTS LIVING IN APARTMENT SETTINGS. DIRECT ASSISTANCE WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND HOUSEHOLD CHORES ESSENTIAL TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE ENROLLEE, INCLUDING BUDGET MANAGEMENT, ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS, AND INTERPERSONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS- BUILDING TO ENABLE PARTICIPANTS TO LIVE IN A HOUSE IN A COMMUNITY.


DAY TRAINING AND WORK RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES IN FOUR TRAINING CENTERS IN FOUR COUNTIES. NO FEES ARE COLLECTED FOR THESE SERVICES.
