THE COMPANY DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ACCOUNTING RECORDS TO THE BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE AFTER IT FILED CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY ON 6/7/2023. NO INFORMATION REGARDNG PROGRAM REVENUE AND EXPENSES ARE AVAIABLE.
