MIA SUTPHIN FOUNDATION, INC (MSF) IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING PROGRAMS WHICH BENEFIT CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES IN NEED THROUGH DIRECT HEALTHCARE AND HEALTH OUTREACH. MSF RAISES AND DISTRIBUTES FUNDS TO 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS RUNNING PROGRAMS CONSISTENT WITH THE MSF MISSION.

THE DISTRIBUTIONS COMMITTEE OF THE MSF BOARD OF TRUSTEES MAKES ANNUAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE TRUSTEES FOR GRANT CONSIDERATIONS BASED ON THE COMMITTEES RESEARCH AND DUE DILIGENCE. ALL RESEARCH IS PERFORMED BY A COMBINATION OF TRUSTEES AND VOLUNTEERS.
