THE PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY OF THE EXCHANGE CLUB FAIR OF CHARLESTON, INC. IS TO PROMOTE AND HOLD AN AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL FAIR IN THE TRI-COUNTY AREA GENERATING INCOME FOR THE TRI-COUNTY COMMUNITY WITH A FOCUS ON THE PREVENTION OF CHILD ABUSE, SENIOR CITIZENS PROGRAMS AND YOUTH EDUCATION. THE EXCHANGE CLUB FAIR OF CHARLESTON, INC., ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE EXCHANGE CLUB OF CHARLESTON. THE EXCHANGE CLUB OF CHARLESTON, INC. USES THE FUNDS TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS FOR FIVE AREA COLLEGES AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION CENTERS, TO SUPPORT SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAMS, AND TO PROMOTE PATRIOTISM IN THE TRI-COUNTY AREA.
