ADVOCACY FOR THE INTERESTS OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION ON LEGISLATIVE MATTERS AND IN THE COURTS BY BRINGING CASES OF BROAD IMPACT, AS WELL AS SERVING AS AN INFORMATION AND ADVOCACY CLEARINGHOUSE FOR MEDICAL SOCIETIES AND RELATED GROUPS.
SCMA PROVIDES CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION TO PHYSICIANS AND OFFERS ACCREDITATION AND JOINT SPONSORSHIPS TO APPROVED ORGANIZATIONS.
