THE FOUNDATION HAS RECEIVED GRANT FUNDING FROM THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES TO PROVIDE FREE EDUCATIONAL, CONSULTING, AND COACHING SERVICES TO PHYSICIAN PRACTICES SEEKING RECOGNITION FROM THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE (NCQA) AS A PCMH.
