ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AND IMPLEMENTED TO ATTRACT TRAFFIC AND CUSTOMERS TO THE DOWNTOWN AREAS AND EDCUATE RESIDENTS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN AREAS.
