HABITAT IS A CHRISTIAN HOUSING MINISTRY SERVING THE CAPE FEAR AREA OF NORTH CAROLINA, PARTNERING WITH GOD AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO ASSIST FAMILIES WHO ARE WORKING TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF A HABITAT HOUSE.

FOUNDED IN 1987 AS AN INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE OF HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL, CAPE FEAR HABITAT HAS SERVED MORE THAN 300 FAMILIES THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF HOMES THROUGHOUT NEW HANOVER, PENDER, AND DUPLIN COUNTIES. EACH YEAR THOUSANDS OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS COME TOGETHER AS VOLUNTEERS, DONORS, AND FUTURE HOMEOWNERS TO BECOME PART OF THE SOLUTION TO THIS REGION'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING CRISIS.
