LOWER CAPE FEAR HOSPICE AND LIFECARECENTER (LCFH & LCC) PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE AND COMFORT TO PEOPLE WITH LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS AND OFFERS HOPE, SUPPORT AND EDUCATION. HOSPICE FOCUSES ON THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES DURING ILLNESS, DEATH AND BEREAVEMENT. THROUGH END-OF-LIFE HOSPICE CARE, TRANSITIONAL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH, LCFH & LCC STRIVES TO HELP ITS COMMUNITY MEMBERS LIVE THEIR LIVES WELL, HOWEVER SHORT OR LONG THEIR LIVES MAY BE.
