PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE THE OPERATION OF THE DURHAM COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER, VETERINARY CARE OF STRAY ANIMALS AND OTHER COSTS FOR THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS.
PROVIDING SPAY/NEUTER SERVICES TO PROMOTE OWNER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PETS AND TO AID IN DECREASING THE UNWANTED ANIMAL POPULATION.
