PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR THE PROFESSION, TO PROMOTE AESTHETIC, SCIENTIFIC, AND PRACTICAL EFFICIENCY, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF STANDARDS FOR THE PROFESSION.
