OUTREACH CENTERPROVIDES HOMELESS SHELTER FOR ADULT INDIVIDUALS, CAMPUS HAS TWO DORMS HOUSING 30 MEN AND 20 WOMEN. THE SHELTER PROVIDES HOUSING FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS, FOOD, CLOTHING, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, LIFE SKILLS AND EDUCATION CLASSES, ALONG WITH COMPREHENSIVE AND SUPPORTIVE CASE MANAGEMENT.


WEST LANE PROJECTAN APARTMENT COMPLEX AND RENOVATED DUPLEX WHICH PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL HOUSING TO HOMELESS VETERANS AND PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR CHRONICALLY HOMELESS DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
