THE RVSPCA PROMOTES THE HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS AND ENCOURAGES INTEREST IN THE WELFARE, HEALTH AND LIFE OF ALL ANIMALS. IT ALSO INCLUDES THE PLACEMENT OF ANIMALS IN ADOPTIVE HOMES AND TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF PET OWNERS AND PETS.
