THE MISSION OF THE RETAIL SOLUTIONS PROVIDERS ASSOCIATION (RSPA) IS TO ACCELERATE THE SUCCESS OF OUR MEMBERS IN THE RETAIL TECHNOLOGY ECOSYSTEM BY PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE AND CONNECTIONS. RSPA MEMBERS INCLUDE VALUE-ADDED RESELLERS, SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS, HARDWARE VENDORS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO SERVE THE RETAIL, RESTAURANT, AND GROCERY MARKETS.

RETAILNOW - THE RETAILNOW TRADE SHOW AND EDUCATION CONFERENCE BRINGS TOGETHER LEADING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION PROVIDERS WHO SERVE THE RETAIL, RESTAURANT, AND GROCERY MARKETS. THE DIVERSITY OF ATTENDEES AND EXHIBITORS ALLOWS FOR THE VERY BEST IN EDUCATION, THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. RETAILNOW 2023 IN ORLANDO, FL, FEATURED 167 EXHIBITORS AND 20 EDUCATION SESSIONS, ATTRACTING OVER 1,500 REGISTRANTS.
RSPA INSPIRE - INSPIRE IS THE RSPA'S ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AND THE RETAIL IT CHANNEL'S PREMIER LEADERSHIP EVENT. MEMBERSHIP - RSPA PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS NUMEROUS RESOURCES TO HELP THEM ACCELERATE THEIR SUCCESS IN THE RETAIL TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE RSPA STAFF AND THIRD PARTIES. AMONG THE MOST UTILIZED MEMBER SERVICES ARE: MEMBER SPECIAL INTEREST COMMUNITIES, LEGAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE RSPA GENERAL COUNSEL, THE RSPA ACADEMY EXCELERATE ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM, PROMOTION THROUGH CONTENT PUBLISHED ON THE RSPA WEBSITE AND IN THE RSPA COMMUNITY CONNECTION EMAIL NEWSLETTER, AND MEMBER-TO-MEMBER CONNECTIONS THROUGH THE RSPA MEMBER DIRECTORY AND INTRODUCTIONS THROUGH RSPA MEMBER SERVICES MANAGERS. IN FY24, RSPA ATTRACTED 126 NEW MEMBERS, EXPERIENCED A NEAR-90% MEMBER-RENEWAL RATE (DESPITE MULTIPLE INDUSTRY MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS), AND RECEIVED A NET PROMOTER SCORE OF +74 THROUGH ITS MEMBER SURVEY.
