PORTLAND CEMENT ASSOCIATION (PCA) IS A VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATION WHOSE MEMEBERSHIP IS COMPRISED OF CEMENT COMPANIES. PCA PROVIDES TECHNICAL RESOURCES, PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL, MARKET RESEARCH, PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND CODE WORK, EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THE CONCRETE INDUSTRY AND ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS.
