PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES TO CHILD CARE PROFESSIONALS. THE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO HELP MEET THE NEEDS OF PARENTS SEEKING QUALITY EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS, TO OFFER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDERS AND TO IMPROVE CAPACITY BUILDING AMONG ALL LICENSED CHILD CARE PROVIDERS IN BALTIMORE, HARFORD, AND CECIL COUNTIES.
