PROVIDE EVALUATION, TREATMENT, CASE MANAGEMENT AND RELATED SERVICES TO SERIOUSLY MENTALLY ILL RESIDENTS, AND THEIR FAMILIES, OF THE TRI-STATE AREA AND WESTERN MARYLAND AREAS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 1,476 PATIENTS WERE TREATED AND 46,564 SERVICES WERE PROVIDED.
