THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY MARKETING AND OUTREACH, COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, COMMERICAL DEVELOPMENT, AND HOUSING COUNSELING TO THIS LOW TO MODERATE INCOME NEIGHBORHOOD IN NORTHEAST BALTIMORE. THE HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM PROVIDES A FULL MENU OF SERVICES AND INCLUDES PRE-PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS, POST PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS INCLUDING FORECLOSURE MITIGATION, HOME MAINTENANCE AND FINANCIAL MANAGAGEMENT.
