THE EO RESEARCHES VARIOUS APPROACHES TO PRESERVE OUR NATION'S SUPPLY OF ADEQUATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING. IT SPEAKS AND DEALS WITH INDUSTRY LEADERS, CREATES FINANCIAL MODELS AND PREPARES VARIOUS POSITION REMARKS. IT ALSO FACILITATES NON-PROFIT OWNERSHIP OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. IN ADDITION, IT CREATES 509(A)(3) ORGANIZATIONS THAT ACQUIRE AFFORDABLE LOW-INCOME HOUSING.
