CIR IS A NON-PROFIT, PUBLIC INTEREST LAW FIRM THAT REPRESENTS DESERVING INDIVIDUALS WHOSE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED. CIR ORDINARILY HAS PENDING APPROXIMATELY 5-10 CASES THAT RAISE FEDERAL OR STATE QUESTIONS OF FIRST IMPRESSION. CIR SPECIALIZES IN CASES INVOLVING FREE SPEECH, RACE DISCRIMINATION, CONGRESS'S ENUMERATED POWERS, AND DUE PROCESS. DURING THE FYE MARCH 31, 2022, CIR HAD TWO CASES BEFORE THE US COURTS OF APPEALS, AND FOUR CASES BEFORE THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURTS.
