LEGAL AND PUBLIC POLICY - CONDUCT LITIGATION AND RESEARCH ANALYSIS TO PROMOTE AND DEFEND CONSTITUTIONAL LIBERTIES AS WELL AS PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT ON VARIOUS PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES WHICH ALSO SUPPORT CONSTITUTIONAL LIBERTIES.
