HIP CREATES HOUSING AND ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS AND PROVIDES SERVICES THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES.
