DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS, STUDIES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN COORDINATION WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AND CIVIC BODIES TO AID AND ASSIST THE PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CITY OF YORK.
INVESTMENTS IN PARTNERSHIPS: SMB PROPERTIES; HISTORIC FAIRMOUNT ASSOCIATES, L.P.; AND GEORGE STREET COMMONS COMMERCIAL LP. THE GEORGE STREET COMMONS PROJECT CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED AND HAS NOW COMPLETED SEVERAL RENTAL YEARS WITH LITTLE TO NO VACANCIES. SALEM SQUARE HOME OWNERSHIP PROPERTIES WERE CONVERTED INTO RENTAL PROPERTIES AND ALL HAVE BEEN RENTED. WORK CONTINUES ON PROPERTIES WITHIN NEWBERRY ST TO KEEP BLIGHT TO A MINIMUM AROUND THE YMCA.
