THE ORGANIZATION IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING, REHABILITATING, OPERATING, MAINTAINING, AND MANAGING LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS. THE ORGANIZATION OWNS AND OR MANAGES OVER 250 UNITS IN HOWARD COUNTY AND BALTIMORE CITY. WITH THE MERGER OF HHP AND PRF, HHP NOW OWNS THE TWO PROPERTIES AND LAND ON N CHATHAM RD AND EQUITY SHARES IN NUMEROUS PROPERTIES IN THE COUNTY.
