SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (SCSEP) - FEDERAL NATIONAL DIRECT GRANT: THE SCSEP SERVICE MATCHES THE NEEDS OF LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AGED 55 AND OLDER WITH PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY BASED AGENCIES TO ENHANCE PARTICIPANT JOB SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS WHILE PROVIDING ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES. THE SCSEP SERVICE IS IN FURTHERANCE OF AND SUBSTANTIALLY RELATED TO EXPERIENCE WORKS' EXEMPT PURPOSES.
