PROVIDE VOCATIONAL EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES TO BLIND AND DISABLED PEOPLE THROUGH THE MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY OF TOOLS AND HELMETS, AND A MAILROOM SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. KEYSTONE'S GOALS ARE TO HELP BLIND AND DISABLED PERSONS TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE THROUGH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA,WHILE PRODUCING AND SHIPPING SUPERIOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES IN BOTH THE FEDERAL AND COMMERCIAL MARKETS.

MAILROOM SERVICES FEDERAL CONTRACT TO PROVIDE DOCUMENT HANDLING, RETENTION AND SCHEDULED PURGING, FILE RECYCLING AND CREATION, AND FULL MAIL PROCESSING CENTER OPERATIONS. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE RECEIVING, SORTING, AND DELIVERY OF INCOMING MAIL, SCANNING OF DOCUMENTS, AND PREPARING CASE FOLDERS TO BE BARCODED AND REUSED. DURING 2021,TOTAL EMPLOYEES FOR THIS PROGRAM WERE 37 INCLUDING 24 WITH DISABILITIES.
PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE BY THE MANUFACTURE OF TOOLS SOLD TO THE PUBLIC, STATE AND FEDERAL MARKETS.
