THE COMPANY PROVIDES FIRE AND AMBULANCE SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF CHRISTIANA, BEAR AND GLASGOW AREAS OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY, DELAWARE WHICH IS COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 100,000 RESIDENTS. THE COMPANY IS A COMBINATION OF PAID AND VOLUNTEER STAFF.
