ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS (RYLA) IS AN INTENSIVE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE ORGANIZED BY ROTARY CLUBS AND DISTRICTS WHERE YOUTH AGES 14-30 ARE GIVEN OPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AS A LEADER.
COMMUNITY SERVICE GRANTS PROVIDE FUNDING FOR PROJECTS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING FOR DISASTER RELIEF.
THE ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM: ROTARY CLUBS HOST EXCHANGES FOR STUDENTS AGES 15-19 IN MORE THAN 100 COUNTRIES. THIS PROGRAM BUILDS PEACE, ALLOWING STUDENTS TO LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE, DISCOVER ANOTHER CULTURE, AND BECOME GLOBAL CITIZENS.
