PLAN, IMPLEMENT AND CONDUCT THE ANNUAL HONOLULU MARATHON, THE HAPALUA (HALF-MARATHON), KING'S RUNNER 10K, AND ITS RELATED RACES TO PROVIDE FOR THE PARTICIPATION BY OVER 30,000 AMATEUR ATHLETES. THIS YEAR, IN ADDITION TO THE IN-PERSON HONOLULU MARATHON, DUE TO COVID AND TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS, A VIRTUAL BEACHFEST HONOLULU MARATHON WAS ALSO HELD.
