HCF IS AN INTERACTIVE DAY SERVICE THAT EMPLOYS ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES NOT ONLY THROUGH EMPLOYMENT BUT WITH PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND A SENSE OF VOLUNTEERISM.
