COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES - PROVIDES SERVICES DELIVERED IN PROVIDER- CONTROLLED HOUSING OR THE INDIVIDUAL'S OWN HOME THAT ASSIST WITH SKILLS RELATED TO ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING TO ENABLE THE INDIVIDUAL TO RESIDE IN A NON-INSTITUTAIONAL SETTING. APPROXIMATELY 101 PEOPLE SERVED.
SERVICES SUPERVISION - PROVIDES DIRECT LINE SUPERVISION OF SERVICES TO PROMOTE QUALITY OF CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS SERVED BY CLASS, LTD. APPROXIMATELY 150 PEOPLE SERVED.
