THE MISSION OF KAIA IS TO MEET THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS NEEDS OF INDEPENDENT AGENTS IN KANSAS; TO REPRESENT THEIR INTERESTS BEFORE GOVERNMENT AND REGULATORY BODIES; TO ENCOURAGE INTEGRITY AND HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS; AND TO INFORM MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC THROUGH A PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION.

SCHOOLS - SEMINARS HELD IN VARIOUS CITIES IN KANSAS DURING THE YEAR TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH EDUCATION IN AREAS WHICH INCLUDE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, POLLUTION, LIFE COURSES & OTHER INSURANCE COVERAGES.
CONVENTION - ANNUAL CONVENTION IS HELD TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MEMBERS TO DISCUSS ISSUES WITH EACH OTHER AND ATTEND VARIOUS EDUCATION SESSIONS.
PUBLICATIONS - KANSAS INSURANCE MAGAZINE IS PUBLISHED SIX TIMES EACH YEAR AND IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL MEMBERS. IT CONTAINS INFORMATIVE ARTICLES THAT KEEP MEMBERS AWARE OF CURRENT ISSUES.
