TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL IMAGE OF THE GREATER LA CROSSE COUNTY AREA, TO STRENGTHEN THE SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AMONG OUR CITIZENS AND BUSINESS COMMUNITY, TO ATTRACT VISITORS AND PROMOTE THE HOLDING AND CONDUCTING OF CONVENTIONS, PUBLIC GATHERINGS AND ATTRACTIONS. WE ALSO DEVELOP AND FOSTER CIVIC INTEREST AND PARTICIPATION IN THE ATTRACTION OF VISITORS, THE HOLDING CONVENTIONS AND PUBLIC GATHERINGS.
