TO BE A CATALYST FOR ACTION AMONG PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LANDOWNERS TO CREATE LIVING LANDSCAPES, WHICH WILL FLATTEN THE STEEP DOWNWARD TREND IN POLLINATOR POPULATIONS AND RESTORE THE MONARCH BUTTERFLY POPULATION.

IN 2022, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED ESTABLISHING POLLINATOR HABITATS BY PLANTING NATIVE PRAIRIE ON PUBLIC/PRIVATE LANDSCAPES, ESTABLISHED NEW MONARCH ZONES BY DISTRIBUTING PLANTS, TENTS AND MONARCHS AND CONTINUED ITS WORK WITH EDUCATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION TO ADVANCE POLLINATOR HABITAT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO LED A CITY WIDE RESPONSE TO THE REPLACEMENT OF TREES LOST FROM THE DERECHO THAT OCCURRED IN AUGUST 2020.
