IN 2023-24, CWR FOUNDATION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RUNNING THREE DIFFERENT PROGRAMS IN PARALLEL. WE CONTINUE RUNNING SUPPORTING FOSTER THE BAY PROGRAM. WE SUPPORT SAN JOSE HOMELESS COMMUNITIES. WITH FRIENDS FROM ECHO CHURCH, WE ARE SUPPORTING MARRIAGE CONSULTATION AND STUDY GROUP. WE ARE STILL FACING BIG CHALLENGES THAT HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE STILL STRUGGLING WITH INFLATION AND LIVING SUPPLIES. MORE HOMELESS PEOPLE SUFFERED AND IN URGENT NEEDS OF EMERGENCY CASH. SO WE PROVIDED SOME CASH ($15 FOR EACH PERSON, $75 EACH WEEK) TO HELP THEM BUYING BATTERIES, LIGHTING TOOLS, ETC.1. SUPPORTING FOSTER THE BAY: FOSTER THE BAY IS A CHARITY ORGANIZATION SPONSORED BY MULTIPLE SF BAY AREA LOCAL CHURCHES AND CHARITY ORGANIZATIONS. CWR FOUNDATION HAS BEEN ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF FOSTER THE BAY, INCLUDING PARTICIPATING MEETINGS AND GROUP ACTIVITIES TO UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS AND ISSUES, SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION IN PREPARING FOR EVENTS AND CHARITY ACTIVITIES, CREATING NEW ACTION GROUP.


2. SUPPORT LOCAL HOMELESS COMMUNITIES: THIS PROGRAM HAS BEING RUNNING BY OUR STAFF. WE ARE PERSONALLY GOING TO MANY HOMELESS CAMP SITES, TO REACH OUT AND ASK THEM WHAT THEY NEED AND HOW TO HELP THEM. GAVE THEM SOME FOOD, BLANKETS, CLOTHES, BATTERIES, FLASHLIGHTS, EMERGENCY CASH TO BUY SMALL THINGS BY THEMSELVES. EVERY TIME, WE GIVE THEM SOME PETTY MONEY FOR THEIR EMERGENCY USE. THE TOTAL I HAVE SPENT ON THIS PROGRAM IS MORE THAN $3900. AND ALSO, I HAVE JOINED WITH ECHO CHURCH MAN'S GROUP ON DISTRIBUTING GOODS TO HOMELESS PEOPLE.


3. MARRIAGE SUPPORTING PROGRAM: CWR FOUNDATION HAS BEEN A VALUABLE SOURCE FOR MANY EVENTS IN COORDINATING WITH OTHER CHARITIES. RIGHT NOW, WE ARE ORGANIZING STUDY GROUPS TO LEARN HOW TO PROVIDE MARRIAGE CONSULTATION. CWR FOUNDATION HAS COMMITTED TO CONTINUE ABOVE THREE PROGRAMS IN 2024-25 FISCAL YEAR, PARTICIPATING GROUP ACTIVITIES FOR HELPING EACH OTHER. CWR FOUNDATION HAS BEEN A VALUABLE SUPPORT FOR MANY EVENTS IN COORDINATING WITH OTHER CHARITIES
