HEALTHY COMMUNITIES COALITION AND ITS DIVERSE COMMUNITY PARTNERS CONTINUE TO BUILD AND STRENGTHEN PARTNERSHIPS IN A COLLECTIVE EFFORT FOR CREATING A HEALTHY COMMUNITY.
