THE FUNDS WERE USED FOR TREATMENT AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IMPACTED BY SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND INTERVENTION AND HEALING FOR VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
