WE HELD SEVEN OUTDOOR TROOP BOX PACKING EVENTS AT VARIOUS PLACES, INVOLVING THE PUBLIC IN DONATING ITEMS, MONEY AND LABOR TO PREPARE CARE PACKAGES THAT WE MAILED TO OUR ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, PRIMARILY THOSE WHO ARE DEPLOYED BUT ALSO TO SOME SERVING STATESIDE. THE EVENTS SERVED TO INFORM THOSE ATTENDING OF THE SERVICES AND SACRIFICES OF OUR TROOPS. THE CARE PACKAGES SENT RAISED THE LEVEL OF MORALE OF OUR TROOPS, AND THEIR FAMILIES BY SHOWING THEM THERE IS A COMMUNITY THAT CARES.
